We use Canada Post for all standard deliveries and UPS for both premium and express options. If you choose premium or express shipping, please ensure your address is not a P.O. box, as UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

There are two possible reasons: The label has been printed, but the delivery truck has not picked it up yet. If you chose standard shipping, we use Stallion Express for lower rates and faster transit. They handle the package until it reaches your province, then transfer it to Canada Post. Tracking updates once Canada Post receives it.
